• Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used perfumes.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items purchased on sale or clearance.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 Days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
